AI Agents
Understand how AI agents work, monitor their activity, and override decisions.
1
What Agents Do
- 1.Agents handle repetitive recruiting tasks: outreach, follow-ups, qualification, scheduling.
- 2.They operate autonomously but escalate to you when confidence is low or decisions need approval.
- 3.Each agent has specific skills (e.g., resume parsing, intent classification, cadence management).
2
The Agent Dashboard
- 1.Navigate to Agents to see all active agents, their status, and recent activity.
- 2.The work queue shows pending items that need your review or approval.
- 3.Click an agent to see its configuration, skills, and execution history.
3
Approving and Overriding
- 1.Items in the work queue can be approved, rejected, or modified before the agent acts.
- 2.Override an agent decision by clicking the item and selecting a different action.
- 3.Your overrides train the system to make better decisions over time.
4
AI Model Routing
- 1.StaffHive uses three AI providers: Claude Sonnet for judgment calls, Claude Haiku for fast tasks, and OpenAI for embeddings.
- 2.Judgment tasks (screening, qualification, summaries) use Claude Sonnet for highest quality.
- 3.Fast tasks (data extraction, classification, formatting) use Claude Haiku to minimize cost.
- 4.AI usage is logged automatically — view cost breakdowns in Settings → AI Usage.
