Automations
Set up triggers, conditions, and actions to automate recruiting workflows.
1
How Automations Work
- 1.Each automation has a trigger (what starts it), conditions (when it runs), and an action (what it does).
- 2.Triggers can be scheduled (cron), event-based (DB change or webhook), or manual.
- 3.Actions include sending messages, moving pipeline stages, tagging, and running agent skills.
2
Creating an Automation
- 1.Go to Automations and click "New Automation".
- 2.Select a trigger type, define conditions, and choose the action to execute.
- 3.Test the automation with a dry run before activating it.
3
Monitoring Runs
- 1.Each automation execution is logged with candidate, decision, outcome, cost, and duration.
- 2.View the run history from the automation detail page.
- 3.Failed runs show error details so you can diagnose and fix issues.
