Creating a Job

  1. 1.Go to Jobs in the sidebar and click "New Job".
  2. 2.Enter the job title, company, location, and description.
  3. 3.Set the pay rate, job type, and any required qualifications.

Job Detail View

  1. 1.Click a job to see its detail page with description, requirements, and linked candidates.
  2. 2.The pipeline tab shows candidates at each stage for this job.
  3. 3.Use the activity feed to track all actions taken on this job.

Linking Candidates to Jobs

  1. 1.From a job detail page, click "Add Candidate" to link existing candidates.
  2. 2.You can also link candidates from the candidate profile by selecting a job.
  3. 3.Linked candidates appear in the job pipeline automatically.
