Send and receive messages across SMS and other channels from one inbox.

The Unified Inbox

  1. 1.Go to Messages to see all conversations across channels in one place.
  2. 2.Conversations are grouped by candidate and sorted by most recent activity.
  3. 3.Click a conversation to open the full message thread.

Sending Messages

  1. 1.Select a conversation and type in the compose bar at the bottom.
  2. 2.The compose bar adapts based on channel: character limits for SMS, rich text for email.
  3. 3.Use the channel selector to switch between SMS and other available channels.

SMS Channel

  1. 1.SMS messages are sent through your assigned Twilio number.
  2. 2.Inbound SMS from candidates appears in the inbox in real time.
  3. 3.You can also log messages sent from your personal phone for tracking.
